Sales Manager (m/w/d)

Your responsibilities:

  • Work cross-functionally within the company to share in customer success with all stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and meet their needs.
  • Visit our customers to identify growth opportunities within our platform.
  • Manage all reports on the health of customer databases.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts (activity log).
  • Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment (bonus benefits).
  • Evaluate individual performance through observation and measurement and propose corrective actions as needed.
  • General customer acquisition

Your qualifications:

  • Previous experience in telemarketing
  • Willingness and ability to travel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience setting sales goals
  • Results-oriented, with strong analytical skills
  • Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices
  • Good computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Willingness to learn
  • You have the ability to persuade others.
  • You love to express yourself professionally and in a customer-oriented manner.
  • You enjoy making phone calls!
  • Fluent German and basic English skills.
