Your responsibilities:
- Work cross-functionally within the company to share in customer success with all stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and meet their needs.
- Visit our customers to identify growth opportunities within our platform.
- Manage all reports on the health of customer databases.
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts (activity log).
- Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment (bonus benefits).
- Evaluate individual performance through observation and measurement and propose corrective actions as needed.
- General customer acquisition
Your qualifications:
- Previous experience in telemarketing
- Willingness and ability to travel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience setting sales goals
- Results-oriented, with strong analytical skills
- Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices
- Good computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Willingness to learn
- You have the ability to persuade others.
- You love to express yourself professionally and in a customer-oriented manner.
- You enjoy making phone calls!
- Fluent German and basic English skills.
